Here at Eudora Medical, we take pride in serving those within our community by making healthcare more accessible. At Eudora Medical Clinic, we provide quality healthcare to only adults in the community. That means that all of our patients are eighteen years old, or older. This is because adults have different medical needs than children.
Children deserve quality medical care that is tailored to their specific needs, which is why we recommend finding, and utilizing, an experienced pediatrician to care for your children.
At Eudora Medical Clinic, we value your time, which is why we place an emphasis on scheduling and maintaining appointments. It is our goal to see you at your scheduled appointment time, which is why we ask that our patients take a proactive approach to paperwork. To make sure your visit is as stress-free and expeditious as possible, we prefer that you complete your paperwork digitally through your Patient Portal. If that is not possible, we invite you to print out the necessary forms and bring them to your appointment as complete as possible. If you need to complete the paperwork at our office, we ask that you arrive twenty minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure timely processing. Assistance is available if you need it.
