SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Appointments are integral to the efficiency of our practice because they afford us the opportunity to spend proper amounts of time with our patients, without feeling rushed. Most importantly, appointments ensure that your visits proceed as expeditiously as possible. To schedule an appointment with us, call us at 662.589.6290 or visit our patient portal.
It is important that our patients have the opportunity to see us for acute illnesses. While we are not an urgent care facility, we diagnose and treat many of the same ailments. To ensure that we have the opportunity to treat our patients with acute illness or injury, we block off time each day to allow for same-day appointments. Whether you wake up sick, or fall and hurt yourself, call us first before going to an urgent care facility. We will do our best to fit you into our schedule for the day, so that you can see a physician that knows your medical history and can treat you accordingly.

Just as important as scheduling an appointment, preparing for it, by completing paperwork and bringing necessary items needed, helps shorten wait times. Completing these tasks, beforehand, allows us to focus on your visit and better serve you. You have three options when it comes to completing the necessary paperwork for your visit.
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

By going through the Patient Portal, you will be able to prefill your intake and maintenance documents, which will save you time at check-in.

The list of things you will need to bring for your visit is in the portal. However, if you would prefer to print out a copy, you can find our Checklist of Things to Bring with You, here.
DURING YOUR VISIT
Upon arrival to Eudora Medical Clinic, you will be greeted by our friendly staff, and we will ensure that we have all the information needed to complete your visit. You will then be called back to one of our triage or exam rooms to complete triage, which is our assessment of your vital signs, as well as you providing a more thorough explanation regarding the reason for your visit. Depending on your particular ailment or condition, we may need to perform tests to better diagnose and treat you. You will, then, have a thorough and mindful discussion with Amy about your condition, where she will deliver diagnoses, prescribe treatments, and offer advice that she believes will best serve your medical needs. Amy will also take the time to educate you about your condition or answer any questions you may have about diagnoses or treatments.

AFTER YOUR VISIT
After you complete your visit with us, we will schedule any follow-ups that are necessary. These maintenance visits are imperative to maintaining your health and general wellbeing. Wellness is a journey, not a destination. It is healthier to maintain rathar than treat a la carte. You should always maintain an open dialogue with your healthcare providers. It makes it easier to spot common, and uncommon, ailments sooner, which typically makes them easier to treat.
